The men's Extraliga quarterfinals took place in recent days. Our A-team finished the regular season in 6th place, which meant a matchup with last year's runners-up from Chodov in the playoffs. The battle for a semifinal spot also meant the longest away trip of the entire season for our squad.
In an unusual Monday fixture, we hosted a rescheduled 4th round match of the Women's Extraliga, welcoming the team of SKST Havířov. Predicting a favorite before the match was difficult – and the match itself reflected that. It was a close contest that ultimately went down to the wire, with the visiting side edging out the win.
The Czech National Championships for men and women 2025 took place last weekend in Prostějov. While the singles titles were secured by David Reitšpies and Zdena Blažková, our club also had plenty to celebrate. Despite the absence of two of our top players, Patrik Klos and Tamara Tomanová, we still managed to leave a mark on the tournament.
