Last year's playoffs were played under a format similar to the men's pre-reform system: one table, first to four wins, with a deciding doubles match if tied 3:3. However, this setup often resulted in matches lasting over four hours, which was unpopular with both fans and players.

That's why this year, the league has taken a step forward — the playoffs will now follow the same format as the men's Extraliga. This means best-of-three matches, played with three players per team, and matches decided by the first team to reach three wins.
